About Miller & Favazzo Properties
Miller & Favazzo Properties is recognized for developing commercial
real estate that is superior in design, quality, and function.
Founded in 1980 as Raymond Miller Associates by Raymond (Ray) W. Miller,
the company focused on residential and commercial development projects
in Washington, D.C., Connecticut, and Massachusetts. In 1990 Charles (Chuck)
N. Favazzo joined as partner and the company assumed its current name,
Miller & Favazzo Properties. Together they have developed over 6,000,000
square feet of space, including major downtown high-rise office buildings,
suburban office buildings, and retail shopping centers throughout the
United States.
Ray and Chuck's careers in commercial real estate development have each
spanned over 30 years. Their experience provides them with the in-depth
knowledge they need to create a project that is not only architecturally
and technically superior, but, most importantly, economically viable.
Ray and Chuck recognize that their meticulous attention to detail and
thorough understanding and supervision of all aspects of the development
process is critical to any project's economic viability. Therefore they
are typically directly involved in all stages of a project, including
feasibility analysis, site selection, marketing, financing, design control,
construction, and property management.
They are also experienced in coping with difficult market and economic
conditions, which are inevitably encountered in each real estate development
cycle. Several of their projects have succeeded in difficult markets when
others' projects have failed because they were able to create a superior
product at a competitive price.
